BSF
Member Schools
The Black Student Fund works directly with 45 carefully selected independent schools located in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. These institutions are dedicated to providing challenging educational opportunities and to building equitable learning environments for students of many economic and racial backgrounds. BSF scholarship grants are awarded to African-American students attending these Member Schools.
The BSF reviews each of the Member Schools annually for compliance with our specific criteria. Schools that fail to uphold the criteria are subject to removal from membership in the Fund.
